  • Shortly after the European market launch of the electric C‑Class, the next major technology leap follows for the model family: the Saloon and Estate with combustion-engine receive the most comprehensive technical upgrade in the history of the C‑Class.
  • Distinctive: sharpened athletic silhouette with an expressive light signature for greater presence
  • Refined: high-quality interior with exclusive materials, new comfort features and intuitive, personalised experiences thanks to MB.OS with over-the-air updates, Digital Extras, the AI-powered MBUX Virtual Assistant and navigation with AI Agent from Google Cloud

The new Mercedes‑Benz C‑Class Saloon and Estate bring the brand’s best-selling model family fully up to date with its most comprehensive technical upgrade yet. The new models build on the familiar strengths that have made the C‑Class such a trusted choice: athletic design, a high-quality interior, electrified high-tech combustion engines and intuitive digital technology. With a sharpened presence, enhanced comfort and a broad choice of electrified high-tech petrol and diesel engines as well as plug-in hybrid models, the new C‑Class is tailored to the needs of different customer lifestyles. All engines have been further developed with a clear focus on efficiency, performance and regulatory readiness, including preparation for upcoming EU7 requirements. Ordering for all engine variants begins on 18 August 2026. Prices in Germany start at 41,045 euros excluding VAT4 / 48,844 euros including VAT5 for the C 200 Saloon.

“The new C‑Class proves that continuity and innovation are not mutually exclusive. With its sporty elegance, electrified high-tech powertrains and intelligent support powered by MB.OS, it delivers what drivers truly need: proven reliability and innovative technology that creates real added value in everyday life. In this way, a familiar classic becomes a modern companion.” – Mathias Geisen, Member of the Board of Management of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, Sales & Customer Experience

Since its introduction in 1982, the C‑Class has defined the midsize segment, with more than twelve million vehicles sold and a consistent pioneering role in innovation, design and driving character. The new C‑Class carries this success story forward with purpose: more digital, more refined and more agile than ever, it combines trusted continuity with a decisive step forward – “Welcome home”.

Since Carl Benz invented the automobile 140 years ago, Mercedes‑Benz has shaped automotive progress with innovative technologies – always guided by the clear purpose of making mobility simpler, safer and more comfortable for customers. By carrying this legacy forward, the new C‑Class further strengthens its pioneering role in the midsize segment.
