ven under full camouflage and in the dim light of a Scandinavian winter, one thing is immediately clear: an exceptionally extreme Mercedes‑AMG is charging through the snow. The performance and sports car brand is currently putting a still‑unannounced new model through intensive testing near the Arctic Circle, where it already stands out with a strikingly uncompromising presence.

The frozen landscapes of Sweden provide the perfect backdrop for the demanding cold-weather tests. Here the vehicle is put through its paces under extreme conditions. This phase is crucial to validate the performance and reliability of all components, even at the lowest temperatures.

While bearing a clear resemblance to the popular CLE, the extreme new model takes the concept several steps further, promising an even more uncompromising appearance and positioning itself as a genuine statement on the road – backed by a correspondingly powerful drivetrain and performance to match.

It will be the second model in the highly exclusive Mercedes‑Benz Mythos series, which stands for a range of exclusive, limited-edition collector vehicles. After the Mercedes‑AMG PureSpeed – a radical, open two-seater without a roof or windshield – thrilled as the first model, the eagerly awaited second model is now emerging on the horizon.
