2022 Kia Sorento recalled in Australia due to faulty indicators

More than 3800 examples of the Kia Sorento have been recalled after it was discovered the SUV’s indicators may not illuminate.
Kia Australia has recalled 3873 examples of its 2022 Kia Sorento, citing a fault with the large SUV’s indicators.
The recall affects both the standard Sorento and the Kia SUV’s plug-in hybrid (PHEV) variants.
The recall notice, lodged with the Department of Infrastructure, says: “Due to a software issue, the turn indicators may not illuminate as intended.
“If the turn indicators do not illuminate as intended, other road users would be unable to identify if the vehicle is turning. This could increase the risk of an accident caus
