The 2026 Nissan Armada PRO-4X has been honored by the Texas Auto Writers Association (TAWA) being named the SUV of Texas following the group’s annual Texas Truck Rodeo.

“Powerful, confident and exceptionally refined, the Nissan Armada PRO-4X delivers the kind of capability, comfort and presence that Texas SUV buyers demand,” said Cory Fourniquet, outgoing president, Texas Auto Writers Association. “It stood out as a complete package, making it a deserving winner of the 2026 SUV of Texas Award.”

The 2026 Nissan Armada continues to make its mark on the full-size SUV segment with supreme comfort, premium interior features, confident handling, effortless off-road capability and next-level technologies. Armada PRO-4X excels beyond the pavement with all-terrain tires, an off-road-specific front bumper with an increased approach angle, underbody skid plates, an electronic locking differential and Adaptive Electronic Air Suspension.
