Škoda Auto is presenting the top-of-the-range vRS versions to complete its new Enyaq family. The new Škoda Enyaq vRS and new Škoda Enyaq Coupé vRS are the Czech car manufacturer’s fastest accelerating production models, along with the new Elroq vRS. With two motors, a system output of 340 PS and all‑wheel drive, they accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in 5.4 seconds. The new sporting flagship of the Enyaq range will start from £51,660 (OTR) when order books open in mid-June.

Johannes Neft, Škoda Auto Board Member for Technical Development, says: “With the Enyaq vRS and Enyaq Coupé vRS, we have made the range toppers of the new Enyaq family even more dynamic, while maintaining their high level of comfort and everyday usability. We achieved this in large part thanks to the progressive steering system and, above all, the revised sport chassis with optimised damper settings. The optional DCC extends the performance range even further – from particularly sporty to very comfortable, depending on individual preferences. Apart from that, we further optimised the aerodynamics – for a lower consumption and therefore an increased maximum range.”

Two electric motors, 0 to 62 mph in 5.4 seconds and charging at up to 185 kW
Two electric motors with a total output of 340 PS and all-wheel drive ensure dynamic performance, a top speed of 111 mph and acceleration from 0 to 62 mph in 5.4 seconds. This makes the vRS versions Škoda’s fastest accelerating production models, alongside the Elroq vRS. Furthermore, they support charging rates of up to 185 kW. Charging the high‑voltage battery with a capacity of 84 kWh (79 kWh net) from 10 to 80 per cent takes just 26 minutes at a DC fast-charging station. The electric range in this configuration is over 340 miles for the Enyaq vRS and Enyaq Coupé vRS on the WLTP cycle. AC charging is possible at 11 kW; charging the battery from 0 to 100 per cent takes roughly 8.5 hours.

First public presentations in Stockholm and Herning
Škoda Auto is presenting the new Enyaq vRS and new Enyaq Coupé vRS at a major international sports event. Both will be displayed in the ice hockey arenas during the 2025 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship in Sweden and Denmark (9 to 25 May). Both models will be on show for the first time at the two opening games, where the Czech Republic will face Switzerland in Herning, Denmark, while Austria and Finland will meet in the Swedish capital Stockholm. Škoda Auto has supported the IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship as its official main sponsor since 1993.

Martin Jahn, Škoda Auto Board Member for Sales and Marketing, says: “The IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship in Sweden and Denmark makes the perfect backdrop for the new Škoda Enyaq vRS and the new Škoda Enyaq Coupé vRS. The world premiere of the sporty vRS versions completing the new Enyaq family and their presentation at the event’s venues represents an ideal link-up with what is both Škoda’s and the world’s longest-running main sponsorship in the history of any world championship. Moreover, ice hockey is the national sport in our company’s home country, the Czech Republic. We are pleased to present our all‑electric range topper to the fans for the very first time and look forward to enjoying exciting games, thrilling action and the exhilarating atmosphere together.”

Black-painted exterior details, specifically tuned sport chassis and two external sounds
The new Enyaq vRS and Enyaq Coupé vRS both come with extensive standard equipment, including for example cutting-edge LED Matrix beam headlights, LED rear lights with dynamic indicators and an electrically adjustable front seats with memory function, massage function and lumbar support. Furthermore, Škoda also offers exclusive alloy wheels measuring up to 21 inches. The models’ driving dynamics are enhanced by the progressive steering system, ensuring perfect vehicle control. The sport chassis lowers the front axle by 15 millimetres and the rear axle by 10 millimetres, for a more agile set-up. Sports tyres also come as standard. The DCC adaptive chassis has a more dynamic damper set-up compared to the previous version and features 15 settings for damper stiffness. Driving Mode Select offers a special traction mode tailored to the all-wheel drive. Due to their high performance, the vRS variants have more powerful brakes on the front axle, with two-piston callipers. Two external sounds, Sport and Futuristic, are assigned to the different driving profiles or can be selected in Individual Mode via the infotainment menu’s driving profile option.

High-gloss black Tech-Deck Face is a hallmark of the Modern Solid design language
The Škoda Enyaq vRS and the Enyaq Coupé vRS now feature Škoda’s new Modern Solid design language. Its most striking elements are the new high-gloss black illuminated Tech-Deck Face housing important sensors, including radar, as well as the eye-catching vertical light grille. This comes as standard, as do the LED Matrix beam headlights, whose four-eyed look is characteristic of the Škoda SUV model range. The LED Matrix beam headlights and illuminated Tech-Deck Face offer a Coming/Leaving home animation at the front of the vehicle.

Sharpened design with typical black vRS accents
Characteristic vRS visual accents and black-painted accessories, which include the side window trim, roof rails, bonnet and tailgate lettering and wing mirror caps, sharpen the exterior design of the Škoda Enyaq vRS and Enyaq Coupé vRS. The front bumper and the rear bumper featuring a distinctive full-width reflector strip are also vRS-specific. vRS badges adorn the front wings. The alloy wheels with aero trims are another design element exclusive to the vRS versions. The black metallic 20-inch Draconis black wheels with new matt black inserts are standard, while the optional 21-inch Vision anthracite wheels are completely new. In addition to all the colours of the new Enyaq family, the top models are also exclusively available in Hyper Green. The tinted rear and rear side privacy glass windows make for a sleek look, as well as offering privacy and comfort. The laminated glass of the acoustic side windows at the front reduces the noise level inside the vehicle. The aerodynamics have been further improved: for the Enyaq vRS, the drag coefficient starts at 0.251, while that of the Enyaq Coupé vRS can be as low as 0.239.

Two interior Design Selections for the interior: vRS Suite and vRS Lounge
For the sporty, practical interior, two specific interior Design Selections are available: vRS Suite and vRS Lounge. In the standard vRS Suite Design Selection, the upholstery features a combination of leather and artificial leather with grey stitching. The front door panels and dashboard sport a carbon‑look décor. In the optional vRS Lounge Design Selection, the black seat covers are upholstered in a combination of microsuede and artificial leather, with lime green contrast stitching. The heated three-spoke sports steering wheel is covered in perforated leather. It comes with an vRS badge and with black stitching for vRS Suite and lime-green stitching in conjunction with vRS Lounge. Heated front sports seats with integrated head restraints and stainless-steel pedal covers complement the dynamic appeal in the interior. The front seats are always electrically adjustable and offers massage and memory functions as well as lumbar support. The tri-zone Climatronic air conditioning and mechanical sunshades for the rear side windows are standard. As with other Enyaq models, a heat pump is available as a standalone feature.

13-inch infotainment display and head-up display as standard
The new Enyaq vRS and Enyaq Coupé vRS come with a 5-inch Digital Cockpit and 13-inch infotainment display as standard. The trim also includes head-up display with Augmented Reality, area view camera and the 12-speaker CANTON sound system with a total output of 635 W. All displays feature vRS-specific graphics. The Heaters button on the infotainment screen activates or deactivates up to four heating functions at once.

Škoda hallmark: numerous Simply Clever features
The new Enyaq vRS and new Enyaq Coupé vRS include many of the brand’s typical Simply Clever features as standard. They come with four fast-charging USB-C ports with an output of up to 45 W. In addition, the mobile phone wireless charging and ventilation offers up to 15 W of charging power. The standard electric boot with Virtual Pedal enables convenient access to the luggage compartment where a QR code can be found, to easily call up operating instructions and videos about various boot functions on a smartphone or tablet. The keyless entry now offers the Open-On-Approach feature, which unlocks the doors and boot when the key holder comes within 1.5 metres of the car, as standard. Walk-Away Locking automatically locks the new Enyaq vRS models when the key is moved more than 2.5 metres away from the car. The navigation system provides real-time online alerts on accidents, breakdowns and slippery road conditions in the immediate vicinity. The vehicles offer tow bar preparation as standard. As with other Enyaq models, an electric‑release tow bar is available as a standalone option. The towing capacity is up to 1,400 kg (on an 8% gradient).

Intelligent safety and assistance systems and clever parking via smartphone
The Škoda Enyaq vRS and Škoda Enyaq Coupé vRS offer numerous intelligent safety and assistance as well as connectivity features. The latest version of Travel Assist, which comes as standard, combines Adaptive Lane Assist, Predictive Adaptive Cruise Control, Traffic Jam Assist, Emergency Assist and Side Assist. The use of online swarm data now enables even better performance. In addition to features such as the Plug & Charge option, enabling seamless authorisation at compatible charging stations, the upgraded MyŠkoda app supports new functions for the Intelligent Park Assist. Remote Park Assist allows the vehicle to automatically enter parallel and perpendicular parking spaces while the owner controls the manoeuvre via the MyŠkoda app on their smartphone. The Bluetooth-based system requires the owner to stand next to the vehicle while holding the key. After selecting the desired type of manoeuvre, the Enyaq vRS models autonomously handle steering, braking and movement. The Remote Trained Parking feature is also controlled via the MyŠkoda app. When the vehicle reaches one of up to five previously stored approaches to parking locations, it can drive itself to the desired position automatically. Meanwhile the owner, rather than sitting in the vehicle, will start and monitor the process on their smartphone.

Order books for the new Enyaq vRS open on 12 June, with first deliveries expected this summer.
