Spending time in nature is a proven way to ease the mind and restore balance. Today, Lincoln is bringing that sense of calm directly to its clients with a new, immersive in-vehicle experience with the help of Lincoln Rejuvenate. Inspired by the serenity of the outdoors, this feature offers a new theme that research suggests can support short-term relaxation.

Introducing Forest Meditation, the latest Lincoln Rejuvenate theme, created in collaboration with Calm, a leading mental health and wellness company. Backed by a Lincoln-commissioned  engineering study with Purdue University, this multisensory in-vehicle experience has demonstrated measurable short-term benefits consistent with increased relaxation, helping to reduce stress during stationary Rejuvenate moments. With 70% of Americans experiencing daily stress, the need for meaningful moments of calm has never been greater.

With Lincoln Rejuvenate, your vehicle becomes a third space, a sanctuary between home and work, offering a moment to unwind after a busy day or prepare for the journey ahead. The new Forest Meditation theme is designed to transport clients into a serene natural setting, complete with calm forest visuals, immersive sound which can be paired to the subtle scent of Mystic Forest, all evoking the peacefulness of a walk through nature. Narrated by Tamara Levitt of Calm, the theme features a body scan meditation that guides listeners to tune into each part of the body, from head to toe, in 5- or 10-minute sessions.

Lincoln is committed to designing and engineering vehicles that elevate mood, enhance comfort, and support overall wellbeing, creating the ultimate sanctuary during stationary moments. Lincoln Rejuvenate 1, a standard feature in the all-new 2025 Navigator and available on select trims of the 2025 Nautilus, delivers a multi-sensory experience designed to promote relaxation within the vehicle. More than half of Navigator and Nautilus owners with Lincoln Rejuvenate have already experienced its benefits, and over a third use it regularly to create moments of calm, focus, and restoration right from the driver’s seat.

With the introduction of Forest Meditation, Lincoln Rejuvenate now offers four distinct themes, each guiding users on a personalized journey to calm and relaxation:

  • Aurora Borealis: An ethereal visual and auditory experience inspired by the natural phenomenon.
  • Elements: A multi-sensory journey through the fundamental elements of nature.
  • Waterfall Meditation (in collaboration with Calm): An immersive experience evoking the serenity of cascading water.
  • Forest Meditation (in collaboration with Calm): The newest theme, transporting occupants into a serene natural forest environment.

Forest Meditation is now available for clients through an over-the-air update, delivered directly to their Navigator or Nautilus via the Google Play Store. Additionally, Lincoln owners can enjoy a one-year subscription to Calm, including daily meditations, music and soundscapes, mindfulness exercises, and more to help them sleep more, stress less, and live more mindfully.

Lincoln clients can activate their complimentary Calm 2 membership by logging into the Lincoln Way app or their Lincoln Account. And for on road mindfulness, the new Elevated Journey app—developed in partnership with Calm—is now available at no cost to U.S. clients with vehicles equipped with the Lincoln Digital Experience, including the all-new 2025 Navigator, 2025 Aviator, and 2024–2025 Nautilus. No login is required, and the app can be downloaded directly from Google Play.
