Mitsubishi Australia has detailed updates for the venerable ASX for model year 2024, including price increases across the board.

The updated model is set to go into production from September onwards.

Pricing for the entire Mitsubishi ASX range is up by $500. It now starts at $24,490 before on-roads for the GS manual and extends to $35,240 before on-roads for the Exceed.

As part of the updates, the Mitsubishi ASX ES and MR now come standard with lane departure warning as standard. This active safety feature issues an audible alert and shows a warning on the multifunction display if the vehicle drifts from its lane while the indicator isn’t activated.

Another addition to the MY24 ASX range is a new ES Street accessory pack that “brings a unique aesthetic” and has been “designed for the Australian market”. It costs an extra $2500 over the regular ES.

It receives the following on top of the regular ASX ES:

The Mitsubishi ASX ES Street accessory pack can only be had with White Diamond, Sterling Silver, and Black exterior paint.

“The ASX continues to be a mainstay model for Mitsubishi in Australia,” said Mitsubishi Motors Australia CEO Shaun Westcott.

“Customers love it for its design, interior spaciousness, legendary reliability and class leading aftersales support, including the available 10/10 Diamond Advantage warranty and servicing program.

“Demand for ASX continues to be strong and our dealers consistently sell their entire planned monthly allocations, which further demonstrates its enduring popularity.

“Now with the ASX ES Street accessory pack, we can offer another distinctive ASX flavour to our customers”.
